Manage Vacancies, track active applications, and review applicants.

1 Administrative Dashboard

The primary control center for all vacancies in the system.

  • Expand the Vacancies menu on the sidebar.
  • Click on Manage Vacancies.
  • You will see a table listing all active and past vacancies, along with a tally of the total applications received for each.

2 Creating a New Vacancy

Click the Post New Vacancy button on the dashboard to publish a new call for applications.

  • Organisation: Choose the relevant organization.
  • Designation: This dropdown dynamically loads SLTES roles based on the organization chosen.
  • Dates: Pick the Vacant From, Application Calling From (start date), and Application Closing Date (deadline).
  • Description: Provide any extra constraints, requirements, or informative text.

3 Reviewing Applicants

To view detailed information on the candidates who applied:

  • Go to the Manage Vacancies list.
  • Click the light-blue View Applicants icon (showing multiple users) next to the post.
Access Restrictions: Ordinary Admins can only view the applicant list after the Application Closing Date has passed. Super Admins bypass this.

The Applicant View displays:

  • Applicant Names & NIC
  • Service Confirmation Dates
  • Class 1 & Class 2 Promotion Dates
